Prunotto
Founded in 1904 as Cantina Sociale “Ai Vini delle Langhe,” this historic Piedmontese producer was taken over in 1922 by Alfredo Prunotto and his wife Luigina. In 1961, under Beppe Colla’s leadership, Prunotto pioneered single-vineyard vinification with Barolo Bussia and Barbera d’Alba Pian Romualdo. The Antinori family acquired full ownership in 1994 when the Colla brothers retired. Prunotto was among the first producers to identify specific production areas and vineyards of excellence in The Langhe.

Primary varieties include Nebbiolo (for Barolo and Barbaresco), Barbera, Moscato d’Asti, and Arneis. Modern temperature-controlled aging facility built in 1999.
