Based in Cortona, high on a hill in Tuscany, not far from Siena and Perugia, Santa Cristina winery has been producing traditional chianti styles since 1946.
The focus of the estate has always been to produce wines that show the link between the vineyard, terroir and man’s work.
The winery produces a variety of wines including Chianti Superiore DOCG, Orvieto Classico DOC and Toscana IGT wines, using both local and international grape varieties. The flagship Santa Cristina Rosso has evolved over time, now being a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
